Problem on some of the after market clutches with the stock Hydro system, is that there is no adjustment on the basket side for the push rod, and some times, you have to make a longer push rod isntead. So my guess, is the slave is already all the way out, but the clutch push rod is not long enough, and the reason that the slave is maxed outwards before the clutch pressure plate is being pushed out.
Hence guessing when you installed the oil slinger assembly, it's tight to the front side of the trans shaft, instead of sticking way back out instead. https://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche...EET%20GLIDE%20[KB]%20CLUTCH%20ASSEMBLY
Also, double check, since you may have left oem plates in the basket, which gets removed when you are installing a extra plate clutch.
If you left the last two oem plates in, it would explain why the pressure plate is father off the basket and could be causing some of the problems.
