Clutch lever problems

I have a 2014 street glide special with a Barnett scorpion clutch in it had to do a rebuild on it while installing noticed that clutch lever locks up on bleeder screw is closed with no action to the push rod clutch does not move. Took slave cylinder off pulled it slave cylinder moves. What is going on why is it not pushing pushrod is smooth and not binding
need some help here! Stumped

Also, double check, since you may have left oem plates in the basket, which gets removed when you are installing a extra plate clutch.
If you left the last two oem plates in, it would explain why the pressure plate is father off the basket and could be causing some of the problems.
