Default Fixing paint

I’ve got a 2015 cvo road glide ultra. Just got back from bike week and was unloading the bike . Coming off the ramp the front tire hit the gravel and boom it was down Put some scratches up on the corner of the fairing . Nothing broke. Can a regular auto body place paint match it and fix me up ?

Most like, yes. You'd have to take it to them and get an estimate though.

If you can find a shop with a paint matching camera they should be able to fix you up.

You can order color matched paint from Color Rite.

Depending on the severity of the scratches, one of those scratch and dent repair shops may be able to fix it without even spraying paint. Amazing what they can do now.

try a rubbing compound and see if it will buff out. pictures would help for more accurate advice or comments. I hate that that happened. I hope you had fun in Daytona. Was it busy?

If you can catch your fingernail in the scratch, then most likely it won't buff out. Now maybe you can wet sand with like 1500 grit wet paper and then buff it , but then your damaging the clearcoat even more. worst case you repaint the fairing!

Don't be afraid to try this at home.

Maybe posts some pics of the damage area, so everyone can steer you right. A good body paint shop can fix you up, but not a regular one.

Default Fixing Paint

Harley used PPG paint. If, the bike needs body and paint work any good body shop will be able to do what's needed to repair and repaint to like new condition. If ,you go to your Harley dealership, they usually have or can get touch up paint for your year and color.
