Lately I've been considering swapping the seat on my 01 E/G Ultra out for something different, but everything I come across that I like seems to be for a 2008 or newer. So I ask.....will a solo seat from a 2008 & up fit a 2001? Seems like a simple enough question...I know...but I just haven't had any luck finding the answer!!! Thanks in advance for any help!!

no. you need 07 and down seats.
08 and up are different.

 

yeah...I was afraid of that!!! Also, I just read that the tank was changed as well.....became a 6 gallon tank I think. Oh well, thanks for the info tho!!
