i heard about that Comp and Baker, Both required Modification's so I was told, so I just installed the upgraded Screaming Eagle comp, it solved all the rattles. Check your primary Chain Tensioner also.
My Auto chain Tensioner Ratcheted two notches Twice , From Riding the twist's hard throttle on and Decell Braking. so I installed a Screaming Eagle manual Chain Tensioner ,with new chain .
With the new comp Chain and Tensioner there Is no noise no more problems.
Noises are a bitch ,but it is a Harley.
I’d recheck the heat shield clamps. They can develop flat spots and if not back in same position can rattle. Or could be a clamps trailing end touching metal.
try taking all the heat shields off and see if the rattle remains.
