Default High Current Draw - Potential ECM

Hello, I am new to this forum and hopefully can get some insight on my problem. I have had a battery drain issue on 2017 Street glide Special when ignition off, I used a multimeter and measured 1.1 amp draw which is excessively high, it cycles on and off every second and sends power to amp, radio, accy plug. I disconnected everything Meaning amp, head unit, gauges, etc.. one at time and measured current draw, the only time current draw returned to normal around 6-10 milli amps is when I disconnected the ECM center gray connector. So I am assuming I have a bad ECM, I also checked wiring and cannot find any shorts, ground issues. The bike runs fine, just drains battery when ignition off. My question is does my diagnosis sound correct? Also I know the BCM tells the ECM what to do, so could it be the BCM? When I unplug BCM the issue goes away also, but that I believe cuts power to everything. I am getting the B2102 DTC, which is System Power output shorted high. I ordered a new ECM and was going to install and see if it works without turning on bike, then have it flashed at the dealer to marry it to the BCM if it worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt it's a "bad ECM", its likely due to the audio components and associated wiring you installed.

Has it always had this issue? If not, was there anything done to the bike prior to this issue starting? Be specific and as detailed as possible.

But when I unplug all the audio the issue is still there?

A new a Rockford amp was installed by dealer last year but I did not have this issue after that, so ran bike for months before the issue arose.

The only thing I can suggest is try pulling fuses (5A Battery, 20A Radio, 20A P&A, 10A Cooling) one at a time and check for amp draw.

If you have security, you might want to disable that first before pulling fuses.

That's all I got.

There is a 7.5A fuse”system power”. That’s how the ECM & BCM get power. Pull that and see if it’s the same.

Thanks, yes did that, even when I pull the 50amp main fuse, this stops current to the accy power outlet, but still get current to the amp etc... I had an ex tech come over and look at it and he was baffled, he said try ECM also, but yes based on what I researched seems rare an ECM goes bad, just out of all other options!

So, what was the result when you pulled the 50A, and the 7A separately?
The 50A cuts power to everything that isn’t connected directly to the battery.
The 7A cuts power to the ECM & BCM.

Thanks, yes when pulling that fuse the issue goes away, but not sure what to do next, considering no power to BCM or ECM not sure how to check what the issue is
