Default Engine stabilizer bar

Hi,
has anyone replaced the engine stabilizer bar just above the front rocker cover?
My 2009 FLHTCU Ultra Classic has an engine stabilizer bar that squeaks and is jammed and no longer pivots on the spherical bearings.
I added a drop of oil and used pliers to break it free. Now it can pivot, sort of. It still gets jammed intermittently.

I replaced mine last year , was so loose , you could twist it easily with two fingers , it should be somewhat stiff and hard to move by hand . If yours is causing you issues , I would change it , cheap enough .

It's also easier to do with the bike straight up and not on the stand. The holes can be a pain to get lined up if you don't do it that way.

If it’s sticking that bad, replace it.
