Default What am I missing?

2015 road king cruise control won't engage but all the switches from a diagnostic test work, rear and front brake switch good, throttle sensor good, clutch good. I have no clue which direction to go at this time, any help would be greatly appreciated

Will the bike start in gear with the clutch pulled in?
If it doesn't and only start in neutral probably left switch pack.
(No cruise, no start in gear with clutch pulled and or no gear indicator = left switch pack faulty)

Same happened to me a few years ago but mine was covered under warranty.
Some had success cleaning with wd40.
Or if you ever wanted lighted switch packs you have a good reason to get them.
