2013 FLHX here.. hit a few potholes a few days ago and now I'm feeling/hearing something and it's driving me mad.
Please keep in mind I recently had tires replaced, and upgraded rear shocks to Legend Revo A's.
So now I'm feeling a clunk under my *** when I go over certain types of bumps, and if I hit a small curb the right way, I can hear something in my rear wheel.
There was a post on here that went back to 2018 about a similar situation but that didn't offer the smoking gun.
I know it's hard to isolate these things, especially since everyones circumstance is different so I went ahead and removed the hard bags and went for a ride.
I can't quite tell if I'm bottoming out the shock but it's highly unlikely because I'm 160lbs and my Revo's rebound are set to 2.
Anybody have any ideas? Swingarm bolt? What are the bolts you guys check for after hitting some potholes?
Time to pull the swing arm and check the swing arm bearings and bushings.
Hence the older Evo Rubber Cleveblock could take a hard impact without damaging them, while the newer system to prevent less rear swing arm flex, not so much instead. Add in that new suspension has stiffer dampening, and now even easier to screw them up with a hard impact. Also, check your wheel bearings, since they are what took the impact to start with, before it transferred up to the swing arm.

I had the same issue with my 01 Road King. Turns out it was the swing arm had cracked in half, nearly all the way through. I had it welded until I replaced it with the 02+ 1" model from 3/4" axle.
