Default Road king help

I have a 2000 road king that just doesn’t seem to want to idle one up to normal temp. I’m finding it very difficult to find replacement parts. Can anyone tell me if the idle issue is normal and what they had to do to correct this?

Sounds like the air temp sensor needs to be replaced. No IAC on a 2000.

No check engine lights no other issues. New fuel pump. But if I adjust the idle set screw then she backfires through intake.

Can you hold it at the correct rpm with the throttle?

Could you better describe what it’s doing?

Normally, the idle is high when the engine is cold, slowing down to a normal idle as the engine is warmed up.

bike idles fine when first starts up, then after engine is warm idle drops to the point it struggles to stay running and will stall out at stop lights. I can make it maintain idle with throttle.
