what a a day
started off friday morning going to steeler for first service appt. 9 am.... says its takes 3 1/2 hrs goes on lift at 11 done by 12:45.... then indy dealer calls says my bassani slipons are finally in (already paid 400 for em) go pick em up he gives em to me for 345 out the door... install em ... i love em so does the ol lady so its off to bike night at aces & eights for a few budlights

My dealer quotes me 3 hours for service....job is done in 2 hours...but he charges me 3 hours labor, anyway. I think it's called "beating the book." What it is, in reality is sticking it to the customer.
