Are you using the same tire pressure guage? I have four tire pressure gauges, the pencil kind, and on the same Tire I will get four different readings. The only one I trust is the one from Harley which I got as a present

Could be a bead problem. Had similar issue after replacing a tire. Installer dismounted tire and used stuff called "Bead Sealer" when reinstalling. Cured the problem.

I had a front tire that would slowly lose air and was frustrated for over a week trying to find the leak. It would lose 10 to 15 psi overnight initially, then would go flat. When I took it in to the shop, it ended up being the wheel itself was leaking due to a crack. I had hit a big pothole hard not too long before so I assume that’s what caused it.

As mentioned above - spray the entire tire and wheel with soapy water, preferably up on a jack so you can easily turn the wheel, or off the bike.

^^ I was about to say this same thing. I have been fooled in the past when using 2 different gauges to check pressure, took me a minute to realize it.
