I think I found something that will work. Check this out... Thoughts?
Rivco Adjustable Passenger Board Mounts for Harley Davidson #435 [align=center]
[/align] For 1980 and newer FLT's, FLH's, FLTR's. These mounts are the same as used in all of our other Adjustable Passenger Board sets but they do not include the floorboards. They are machined to accept the stock or and Harley Davidson accessory floorboards. They can be adjusted in seconds through a 6" range of motion by simply pulling out the spring loaded lock pins, then moving the board up or down until the pin clicks into the next position. Plus all the same features as our other adjustable floorboard sets.

52" --I am assuming you mean 4'4"?
My daughter is about 4'10", and she cannot reach the floorboards on my 02. They are in the upper mounting hole already, and she is about 3 inches short of being able to reach them.

Will any of these adjusters mentionedhelp in the wifes legs rubbing/hitting thefront chrome gaurds on my saddle on my saddle bags?
She's 5'8" and on the slim side.
Bike is an '07 Road Glide.
Put the gaurds on to keep myself from banging the bags with my boots getting off the bike.
Now to learn to clear the top of the bags....i.e more chrome gaurds or a top bra?????
