Probably because the actual street name is Lake Hill - 2 words - ?
it's been a while since i actually used the hd nav, but i do remember that in my truck, if i were inputting an address, if there was no street name with that letter it would not be a choice. so maybe it's the same thing for you and the database is old?

i have done the update last month it took it no problem but i am fubar over this whole mess i will probably just use my phone from here on out and keep trying gps on the bike once in a while thank you fror4 the info
thanks again ( kinger)
I have had this happen both on the bike and in my wifes car. I have found that entering the state, then zip or town, before the street usually provides good results.
cheers
