Nice, that's a 2.6M-3.8M+ house out here depending on zip code

Back on Long Island (where we moved from) you could never even find anything like this with the amount of property we have. We are definitely very fortunate to have found this house in our price range. My only issues are the smaller garage and steep driveway

It looks like a beautiful home. You will love the seclusion. Have fun keeping that pool clean. Don't ask me how I know.

Where on Long Island did you live? I grew up in Westbury and my brother lives in Roslyn.

so far the pool hasn’t given us much headache since we converted it to saltwater and cartridges instead of sand. And the cleaning robot has done a pretty good job.

We were living out in Coram

My road is unpaved and we live on a steep hill. Riding in and out of my road was a huge concern when we purchased our home too. Go slow, no quick adjustments and use your friction zone to control your rear wheel spin. Yours doesn't look too bad and once you traverse it a few times you won't even think about it. Ride safe

i know from taking pics 4 wheeling the pics never show just how steep it is. Gentle with the brakes, use engine braking and 1st gear.

Nice property but you have plenty of room to turn around in your garage. For as long as that lasts.

If you are heading out 2-up, you might want to suggest that your passenger walk down to the road and hop on at the bottom until you are more confident navigating your steep driveway. My passenger tends to get fidgety during slow speed maneuvers and makes them even more difficult, but I would never say that out loud. Same for the way back up if it’s not too steep to walk up.

Thankfully my girl has already suggested that, and I’m more than happy to tell her when she’s getting squirmy and she doesn’t get too upset lol

Looks like a nice plot of land! Winter is coming, so I'm sure you know what that's like.

Been down some very steep private roads in Santa Barbara visiting friends a while back. Looks like your's is a piece of cake.
