Drag that rear brake along with liberal use of clutch feathering to bleed off speed going down hill, add in front in straighter portions, front and back brakes just before the bottom with clutch in then finish up with just back brake to stop.

My impression as well. Don't blame you for thinking it through, but really, that does not look like too tricky of a ride. Use first and second gear and keep your hands OFF of the front brake. You'll be fine. It is always good to think through where you are going on a motorcycle though, and you are right to do it.

Hard surface is good, keep it free of debris. If you have to park it along the way up or down, leave it in first gear while holding the brake(s) and coming to a stop. Hit the kill switch while stopped in first gear and put it on the jiffy stand. Reverse order while firing back up. Try not to ever have to back it uphill.... Looks like a very nice spot.

Until Harley gets real and puts reverse gear on the touring models, truer words were never written. These bikes are pitiless, obstinate pigs if you need to move them manually up even the slightest incline. Plan accordingly.

I don't see an issue, just be careful, and practice many times, you will be just fine.
As others said, keep it super clean, no moss, dirt, sand, rocks or anything else!

I try to be extra cautious on mine both coming and going. Always back brake going down.
The concrete will help a lot.
