Anyone have or know where to find inner fair screws in chrome? I've searched high and low... Thank you

Another option is to buy stainless screws and polish the heads. Mothers mag polish works well.

I have bought many a chrome screw and bolt from Allen's Fasteners.

I second stainless fasteners. You might also check with Grainger, McMaster-Carr, and any of your local industrial fasteners supply houses. These places should have both chrome and stainless.
