OEM and Trask gasket are not the same, oem has the crank section sealed off and trask gasket is open which allows it to vent to the reed valve

This is the gasket that came on my Trask CheckM8 that I installed last week on my 2021. Same gasket that was on the stock oem cover. No issues.

The yellow area is what is different on the oem gasket.

Was the S&S fitted with the Harley oil seal when it was installed? It doesn't come with the pump, you have to buy it from Harley. Or if you happened to have purchased a 1st gen pump, it has no provisions for a seal at all.

Copy that, was not aware that the 21 gasket had changed and opened that section up. Looks like a completely different style of gasket to previous models also (grooved cut out vs flat style)
