Wireless 30k issues

Hey, I have a H-D branded 30k headset which will pair with a 2021 gts on a rgs, but there’s no audio. I have a N02 helmet which pairs and plays flawlessly. Any ideas? Frustrating.

Did you switch the audio routing to the headset?

some guys in the CVO section were complaining about the same thing including me. I am waiting for an RMA replacement. The 30k that came with my 20 CVO works fine. The one that came with my 21 CVO no audio.

yes, the routing was to the headset, the other ‘helmet’ worked fine, just the 30k.

The dealer has ordered another head unit as sometimes the gps/Nab and radio doesn’t work at all for some complete rides too. I’ve just moved, so might try the new dealer, if they can try linking a new headset up in shop.
