Opinions On Ex-Cop Bikes.
The local HD dealer has two for sale. 9,500 miles on one. 10,500 on the other. 2017 models. Asking $17,999.00 . For each one. I thought that was a little steep. But. They have to start some where. I prefer the bare bones cop bikes. I would just have to add tour pack for trips. Which I have. Thoughts and opinions. Thanks. Ya'll know me.

Lots of cop bikes are on year leases and not unusual to see them for sale with that kind of mileage. Many cop bikes aren't run that hard and most are very well maintained. I would not hesitate to buy a clean low mileage cop bike. But those prices are high even in this current high price era.

A neighbor of mine is a retired CHP Motor. This probably doesn't apply to a PD bike but he said there's no way in hell he would ever buy retired CHP scooter regardless of the brand.
