Hey everyone! Need some help. i have a 2017road King. Fuel line started leaking after a plug change. Yes i did do the o ring replacement. I got a new line, but can not remove the injector side of the old line. Went to local Harley and they actually scratched their heads. Any help would I will be very grateful.
Where is it leaking? Does the fuel injector lines have to come off on an M8 to get to plugs? I assumed you just took it off at the side of the tank on the slider disconnect after either pulling fuse or letting the bike set if no fuel pump fuse. No matter what, wrap in a layer of cotton cloth. Push up lock sleeve, lower just a tad till pressure drops, and then on down. If you push up and pop it off too fast, it can dislodge the upper o-ring and it will leak when you reattach.

If you push the hose itself towards the fuel injectors, then pull back on the collar at the same ( red arrows) the hose should release.
