Honestly that would work.. and I'll probably still use one.. but why be rushed when Wed its supposed to be in 60s and I have the 30 minutes to do it.. then go ride. I already hooked into the batteries on both so I pretty much have to route and stick

All kidding aside, I suppose it is personal preference. Some people figure the small risk involved by not having the reflectors is outweighed by a nicer, cleaner look. YMMV.
