I have a spare rear wheel. After getting new tires, mixed brand. I asked my local independent motorcycle shop to get me a new tire for my spare wheel. Also got a new rotor and bearings for the wheel. This way, I will have a fresh rear wheel ready to install instead of freaking out trying to get a tire in a tire shortage.

My local independent shop has Wide White Walls. Narrow isn't an option.

I put the Dunlop 408F and Dunlop 407 on my bike. Dealer had them in stock.

Look at Shinko 777, which have great reviews, and know few people that have them and have no complaints. Just got them for my ride. Did a quick search on Dennis Kirk and they’re available….I’m sure other sites have them too.

Got mine from Amazon.

I ran a 777 on the rear of my FLHT. Great traction, rain or shine. Durability was absolute crap. Didn't even make 4,000 miles before center tread was gone. And I don't do burn-outs or jack rabbit starts. Real sticky tire..

sticky tire is exactly what I want and at around $95 that I paid per each that’s a hell of a bargain! I’ve heard others getting nearly 8k miles, but even 4K doesn’t bother me. Pirelli Dragons are another awesome reviewed sticky tire, but those only get 4-5k miles and cost around $200 each!

Thanks for the info but Not available in N.W. plenty of places have blackwall. so no problem if I have to.I'll bide my time until end of March.
Might go back to stock gears in the meantime since changing to a 106 I could use a little more upper end.
Gives me something to do..
