Default 96" to 107"

So I have a 2011 roadking 32k miles. Did Andrew 48h cams. Woods lifters. Fuelmoto pushrods. Fuelmoto 2-1-2 headpipe and 4"rinehart slipons and power vision last year and now it's time for more. I want to do a 107" kit but I have no knowledge about this topic! I'm keeping the heads stock for now but having compression releases installed. I'm being told the 48h cams will not support a 107 kit so I was thinking 57h? I need to check crank runout so what's a safe area to be in? I'm not looking to build a rocket ship but somthing that has a little kick to it when I twist my wrist.

I love spending other people's money...I wouldn't skip headwork while going with a bigbore. Just brings the whole package together. Scott at hillside is great to work with, Kirby/ prodrag at veetwin is another and both those guys will customize the build to suit your needs. Fuelmoto also has great package with their 107 kits...great tune with a power vision from them to. Woods 777 are good cams for a 107 right at 10.5: 1. .003 is the max for gear driven cams. Most won't build on anything more than .005. Depending on how it's riden a stock crank can scissor no matter how good the crank started out at. Are you doing the work yourself? Do you have a good dyno tuner you can use? Lots of options available.

One bit of advice from someone who did this a few years back, no matter who you get the kit from, check all the tolerances (Cylinders, Rings, Pistons) before assembling. You will need a torque plate to check the cylinders or find a shop that can do it.
Shops mentioned are all great but **** happens and you want to make sure everything is right before doing that assembly.
