Very well said. I am taking a day of vacation tommarrow so I can ride a PGR mission here in my area. It's not much, but I feel it's just a small thing I can do to honor and show my appreciation to a soldier that fought to give me the privilege to ride my bike. It will be my first mission, and I know it will have a changing effect on me. I hoped I would never get to ride one, but I wanted to ride in alot of welcome homes.
I was riding yesterday and taking in the surroundings (as we all do) when it dawned on me how lucky I am to have my bike; to be riding in a country where I have the freedom to ride all damn day if I want and to cross multiple state borders if I damn well feel like it. I have to tell you I am thankful for the privilege to ride my Harley and to be an American. Sorry to be so deep but it was almost a spiritual feeling havingthe wind on my face, the smell of pine in my nose and the rumbling thunder under me. I damn near gave my left nut to get my scoot but there are many that have given a lot more for me to be free to ride all day. And to them, all of them, I say thank you.

As a 23 year Army vet, let me say that we all appreciate your support and it's because of our great nation, filled with freedom loving citizens, that we are who we are. God bless America and I can't wait to ride my new bike! (I'll be home in Nov to pick it up!)
AMEN and THANK YOU Sulkaman and the rest of you!
My Dad was career military and I'm a vet myself. I never went in harm's way, but I keep those who do (and their families) in my prayers. I thank God for all you men and women who are willing to sacrifice whatever it takes for our country. You are not forgotten or taken for granted!
I've got it great and I know it. God has blessed my family and me in mighty ways.
To all you who ride free and love it and our country - I salute you!

You can never say thanks to a vet too much for what we enjoy in the good 'ol USA !
