Those plugs with only 2744 miles would concern me way more than some dead gas.
Old bikes with low miles suffer from 'startup and rumble' syndrome. Many new owners think that instead of riding, starting the bike for 10 minutes and revving the throttle is good for the bike. In reality the bike never reaches a good operating temp. The plugs get fouled and the new owner starts chasing ghosts based on the plugs. (Im guilty of this myself in my younger years.)

in your opinion do you think thats why the plugs look like that? I put new plugs and air filter going to do a 3 hole lube change and I should be ok?

Yes. Your plugs are fouled because the bike has not been driven enough. Im betting the bike has sat and has only been started for brief periods (5-10 minutes) repeatedly for the last few years. If you want an honest assessment of those plugs, go ride 50 miles in weather thats 70 degrees or better. Ill bet you a dozen donuts your bike is fine. Like I said man, don't overthink it.
If you already own it - yeah, 3 hole oil change, fresh gas, run a couple tanks of Techtron thru it. But about those plugs, not the combustion side, the other side. Where did that rust and corrosion come from? You didn't buy a bike that had been in a flood did you? Looks like salt water corrosion to me.
