Had one on my 07 liked it a lot bought one for my 15 Rushmore Limited very bad mounting design used it for a while took it off and threw it in the trash. Not sure if they made any implodents otherwise I won't even use it even if they pay me.

I've seen the EZ up one but prefer the idea of the Harley one lifting the rear wheel without putting wood underneath, plus there's no UK stockist that I can find so the EZ up would work up more expensive.

However, when I googled the HD one got 2/5 stars but when I went on the site to see why it's rated so low the page cannot be found, and it's the same if I search directly on the HD UK website. I have stumbled across this video showing that the stand actually hits the crossover pipe on the touring models. My initial thought was user fitment error but they say the HD people can't figure it out either so is this the reason it's rated so poorly?

It’ll mount fine on your 19 RKC. I had one on my 19 FLTRU and there’s no problem with crossover. It does require lots of muscle but can be made easier through careful setup of the leg extensions and the bike’s rear shock pre-load to ease the lifting.

ETA: I eventually bought a jack and took off the center stand as it interferes with the ability to properly balance the bikes weight on the jack platform. It’s just sitting in a corner of my garage until it gets listed on eBay.

To get the back tire off the ground a real motorcycle jack is still the best way. But for most maintenance a wheel chock will work better than a center stand. That way the entire underneath from tire to tire is clear. Then you can use a big drain pan and drain all three fluids at once. I keep my bike parked on one in the garage all the time. It also keeps the bike straight up which is helpful in a lot of ways. And there is nothing extra hanging under the bike.

Thanks. One of the main reasons that I want to get the rear wheel off the ground is so that I can turn it to get to those awkward places when cleaning, but also to thoroughly inspect the belt. I don't believe that you can spin the rear wheel once it's on the chock?

This is the kind of lift/jack I've been looking at but having never used one of these before I'd be a bit apprehensive the first time I lift it as I don't know how it lifts straight with the bike being leant over on its side stand, but I'm sure once I broke my duck I'd know how it works and would feel happier.

I did buy this, which sounded ideal for what I wanted but despite the listed weight capacity of 400kg the rear wheel on my RK won't turn once on it.
