Not sure what spring rate is but they completely eliminated the brake dive. They do ride firmer than the stock air setup but much more compliant than the OEM front end on my 2021 SGS. They soak up bumps really well. I have 944's on the rear of both bikes but the Monotubes as well on the E Glide and that bike rides so much better.
