Alarm problem
Does the alarm module itself have a battery? I installed an aftermarket horn to make the alarm process sound but the cheap horn I installed has no battery, I understand the OEM horns have a battery but mine does not. So I'm back to does the alarm module have a battery?
Any sense in trying a new Alarm antenna first?
Thanks for the reply.

I think mine does what you are describing... even if I have my fob in my pocket, it will chirp at me if I move my bike around with the ignition off (I have the HD siren), and if I continue moving the bike around with the ignition off the siren is going to get loud... or I can turn the ignition on, while I move it, and everything stays quiet.
If the siren starts going off... and you have your fob, turn the ignition on... and the siren will stop, and reset... or better yet, turn the ignition on while moving your bike.
I don't know if it is by design, or just at that moment its not "seeing" the fob, so it chirps... but found it annoying enough, that I just turn the ignition on. I couldn't tell you if it did it before the siren was installed, but that was a few years ago and just the lights flashing wouldn't have been as annoying

Thanks again.
