Kill switch is the only option I have on my bike (CVO) and its never blown a tune or caused me to have to reload a tune, same when I had my SGS, while it had the ignition switch I used the bar switch 99% of the time and never caused any of the said issues. Im certainly no expert so if it caused Ghost those problems then I can say thats the first Ive ever heard of such a thing.
