Thanks. I'll get a hold of Dynojet and see what they suggest.

I’m not an expert, but I’ll comment anyhow.

The map you provided is far from linear. In fact it lags and has a big jump in the lower right quadrant. Most of the time when tuners customize it, they provide more opening at the lower %. If you have acres to modifying the map…I’d try making it completely linear, and then see what happens.

Big motor scoots all suffer the same affliction - lean to ride with light hands

Kind of reminds me of the young man working at the grocery store bagging groceries. An older experienced lady had her eyes on him. As he’s carrying out her bags she whispers that she has an “Itchy P U S S Y”. He replies “Lady, all these foreign cars look alike, you have to point it out”.

That is a smart move... unless you understand what you are doing, I wouldn't adjust those tables on your own...

Just for your reference, here is the 2nd page of a tutorial I saved about adjusting those tables... as you can see, this is for a twin cam, and the numbers are very different than you showed in your first post... that could be the difference between the twin cams and M8 engines, or mods, or ???....

The point is.... that if you don't adjust those numbers properly, there's a good chance you'll just make it worse...

Additionally.... the tutorial claims that a "twitchy" throttle is caused by a one to one throttle blade control table... your table was not one to one, like the second table on this page... maybe it's close enough to cause your issue... or maybe not..

Let us know what DynoJet advises on your situation...

I'm starting to think it might be my handlebar setup. I installed the Thrashin Supply Moto style bar setup. The risers and bars are hard mounted (no poly / rubber bushings). That coupled with there bars that have very little sweep or pullback. So when I hit any bumps or imperfections in the road it is causing me to inadvertently blip the throttle. I just installed another set of bars they sent me that have slightly more sweep. I haven't had a chance to test the new bars out yet.
