Default 2013 flhx efi issues

I have a 2013 street glide that I added a arlen ness clear super sucker air cleaner, S&S dual exhaust and a Fuel Moto EFI micro tuner to in the spring of '21. Starting in the fall and continuing into this riding season, at random after startup, warmup and then riding it, it will at random throw a code and go into a high idle for 30sec to 1min. When in this mode, I cannot give it throttle or it will stall. It will clear and idle back down and lately will run the rest of the day with no issues. It averages 1-2 of these episodes each time I take her out. But occasionally she won't do it at all and runs like a champ. The 3 codes it has thrown are P0118(has to do with engine temp sensor), P0131 (has to do with O2 sensors) and P0151 (OBD-II indicates O2sensor for bank 2 sensor 1 fails to increase the voltage output above .21 volts indicating excess O2 in the exhaust). Has anyone ever run into this issue? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Did Fuel Moto provide a map for your setup? If so, and you loaded it, have you tried calling them?

O2 sensors are easy and cheap to replace might be a faulty o2. Just a thought

if you havent the external breather yet, oil mist from OEM breather will cause arlen ness element media to disintegrate. = more air??
