2018 Road Glide Ultra
128 ci with 45000 km (30000 mi)
Feels like a wheel bearing but Harley shop checked the front today along with neck bearings and they are good. Changed the primary fluid but no metal on the plug. No primary noise. Kinda clunks into gear but no shifting issues, find neutral no problem. Replaced all brake pads today as well. Running a DynaJet tuner with current tune being the one from the Dyno runs. Bike is not smooth like it was a week ago.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Literally no other information given on what type of vibration you are feeling...
-What speeds are you feeling it at?
-Does it change with road speed?
-Does it change with engine speed?
-Does it change while braking?
-Does it change in different gears while staying at the same road speed?
Perhaps you have a wheel/tire balance issue, did they check the balance while you had the wheels off for the wheel bearing check?
Same through the gears, feels like a wheel bearing at low road speed but seems to increase with higher speed. It seems to level out at lower RPM'S bur still noticeable. They did not check wheel balance yesterday and because I mentioned that I felt it in the handle bars, they only checked front end. Engine seems to be running rough, almost like it's slightly off in some way. Starts fine but really seems to be pounding vs running.
Mine does this when the rear tire is worn down and gets cupped, paddling the pavement so to speak. Another thing to check would be the spark plugs & wires - sometimes the gas tank will chafe through a wire and cause arcing. Could be many things though - good luck.
