Default 22 Road Glide Limited - Nav Issue
I recently purchased a 22 Road Glide Limited and the navigation system intermittently has problems finding my location. It locates me several miles from where I am probably 50% of the time. It works fine for a few days and then all of a sudden it has problems locating accurately. I suppose a trip to the dealer is in my future. I figured. I would check here to see if I could learn anything.

This is a question that frequently comes up. The Harley nav system is absolute trash. Sorry to break that news to you.

2022 Road Glide Special here; no problems with nav.. ever. Its also a lot faster than my sons ultra limited GPS.

Bingo useless I use Google Maps and Car Play.

On a trip last year had no issues with my GPS other than it needed an update as a couple roads were not on it. GPS or not I still always carry maps of where am going.

I have more faith in Waze that the HD Nav. You have have an Iphone just use Apple Carplay.. if you don't have the WHIM module, you can either get the ECM flashed for Carplay by the dealer, or purchase one of the Amazon hacks. (it works)

Pretty sure that setting is no longer available in the DTII. Need WHIM or cheap jumper.

I don't know if its the best place, but there are several vendors on Amazon, They're around $12.
