It says on their page 14-16 weeks for anything. Its hard to get alot of things right now. If you ordered, expect a 4 month wait. So many places are short handed. Restaurants close early or close days because they are short staffed. If you can't be patient and wait when it is clearly on the website the delays with order, don't order. On that note, I ordered a oil pan adapter and within 2 weeks received my order. Best jack out there and worth the wait.
Just received my dolly yesterday after placing the order on January 7th. Be prepared to wait if you order. Quality is still great, delivery of product has suffered obviously.
AGAIN.....back in March when I ordered it, their website SAID 6-8 WEEKS......at the 12 week mark I began "politely" inquiring as to my order status...I just wanted an update, ie: some form of communication. I wrote a couple of emails, sent a message using their "contact page", tried calling numerous times and left at least 2 "polite" voicemails. Still no replies.
I understand supply issues during the pandemic but that doesn't explain away my gripe about their lack of communication. It's not about their products, the supply chain issues or their labor issues....it's just about getting a reply.......and a posting on Facebook doesn't count as communication to a purchasing customer.
That's all I'm saying.
It's a good thing I wasn't waiting for the full jack, but just a new bottle because moving my 900+ lb Ultra Limited into its parked position in my garage is impossible without the jack....and I'd never would have been able to wait 5-7 months!
FWIW, my experience with J&S Jacks has been completely different. When I ordered my jack, it came quickly and in good order. When I ordered my replacement bottle jack, they told me that there was an 8 week backlog as they had changed suppliers. 8 weeks later almost exactly, they emailed me that my new bottle jack was on the way. I have had a great experience with them. They are a small operation and don't have a ton of staff to answer phones and whatnot, and in these troubled times supply chains are a challenge, but I have always sensed that they care about their customers and they have done right by me. No complaints here.
