OK....at the risk of beating a dead horse on this subject, I'd like to know if anyone placed an order with J&S Jacks, in the last 4 months, and has actually received their order?
Without going into my 4 month saga of trying to get an order status response from J&S to my emails, texts, phone messages, and website contact form, I'm curious if other customers have received their recently placed orders. My order was for a replacement bottle jack and placed the first week of March...........crickets, so far. Are they out of business?
I "get" supply chain issues and pandemic delays, but neither of those should be an excuse for zero communications, IMHO.
Four months for a bottle jack is crazy. When the bottle jack on mine crapped out a few years ago, I bought a Torin from Lowe's and it's worked perfectly. You just have to drill a couple of mounting holes in the base and move the foot lever over from the original. I think it was under 40 bucks.

Have you called them? Surely, they have a phone?
I realize I'm on your extensive ignore list, so it's unlikely you'll see this.
YES...I've called, left messages, texted, emailed, and tried writing on their web "contact form" (smoke signals maybe next)......nada, crickets.......and yes I have a Torin bottle jack that I can use as a back-up. But really it's all about customer relations. Since 2015 I've been a big fan of J&S Jacks, writing here and elsewhere about my very positive opinions and offering my recommendation to those who might be interested in buying that type of jack.....but now, in all good conscience, I can't recommend J&S anymore. Not because of a poor product, but instead 100% due to their lack of "customer care"....they quickly process the payment and then ..... NO COMMUNICATION...NO ORDER STATUS....NADA.
Next week, if I'm still waiting, I plan on calling my CC bank and cancel the charge (the bank has already told me it's not going to be a problem).

I emailed them with the HDForum.com letterhead. That tends to wake people up. At least they can tell you its on a ship or something.
I'll pop back in and let you know since obviously, I can't find out myself. If I get you a contact, be polite. The last time I did this, the Owner of another outfit called me and played a recording of someone I ask them to help and he was being a real jerk ....
Their web page contact form says 14 weeks for delivery. Email for a quicker response. lease allow up to 12-14 weeks for delivery. E-mail inquiries for fastest response. Last I read around here the president of the company is basically running the whole operation, being terribly shorthanded. Then of course the whole supply chain fiasco.
That said, if they can’t deliver, or can’t tell you at all when they will deliver. I’d cancel and request a refund, and if I didn’t hear back in a few days, contest the charges.

You were played and now they are ignoring you, they got their rave reviews and now that you need them, no use ...😁😉😉

I haven't purchased yet, but read of their customer service of late so I thought I'd inquire first. I too have done the same as you over the past 5 months and, yes, still crickets. I want to purchase a spare bottle as a "just-in-case".
Holy smokes! I saw the current price of their lift. Man have they gone WAY UP since I bought mine.
