My guess is that a company that doesnt respond, doesnt appear to seek new customers, allows such bad word of mouth to spread and that doesnt fill orders is .. about to go out of business.
In essence almost by definition they are OUT OF BUSINESS already.
Hopefully they will sell their business to someone who does a better job, because as Ive said in the past the product itself is great.
OK...but how do you know that? Did they actually tell you that via phone, email, text or did they post it AGAIN on "Facebook"?
BUT....those questions are just for my own curiosity. I called my bank today and filed a dispute. After filing I was told that within 2 weeks I'd receive a FULL CREDIT.....
My advice......don't order from J&S now. Perhaps in a year, if they are still around and you wish to order something, try FIRST to contact them. IF they don't reply, don't order!.....lol, ask me how I know this....lol.
Thanks for trying.

I am not sure why you would want to replace the jack with another poor quality unit that is difficult to source. It is just a jack. Why not take other's recommendations and find something locally, maybe even a brand that you can rebuild.
As for the business, last year you commented on Pitbull brand as well. Maybe the market is saturated with lifts and now they are not profitable.

Yes, to my knowledge Pit Bull is no more ..and yes, I bought a Turin brand bottle jack a little while ago after I began thinking Id never see the J&S bottle due to the total inability to learn my order status. The Turin model #4406 has a plenty large enough base plate to accommodate the drill holes matching the holes on the jacks factory mounting base.
So Im good to go should I need a backup. Case closed and my refund is on the way from my bank.
So to anyone reading this and STILL wishes to do business with J&S all I can say is: caveat emptor ..(let the buyer beware)
I have the stand for my Kaw Z900 from Pit Bull and it's top quality and very sturdy. Its good to know they're still there but I'm sorry that they don't do Harley anymore.

My next door neighbor has one for a Triumph and likes it, too.
