That reply from the owner is now 7 MONTHS OLD......and he ONLY posted it on Facebook.
#1. Does he think his customers really check out his FACEBOOK page?
#2. He has a web page that should be updated with that type of statement, not posted on Facebook!
#3 Even if he only has a "stock reply", why not send it to all of his waiting customers?...he has our e-mail addresses since purchasers get immediate email confirmations after an order is placed (within minutes)
I only am asking for a status report. My guess is they don’t want to send JUST a bottle Jack. They’d rather use it to complete a full Jack build for sale is my guess. I assume the profit is greater on a whole Jack vs. just a bottle jack replacement. That’s why I asked if anyone has had their order fulfilled recently for anything from J&as.
But no matter at this point….. Friday I’ll cancel through my CC bank if I still don’t get a reply.......I need to do that before he goes out of business.

Yes, do this. Install one of the replacement bottle jacks suggested by the others that have replied
A couple of months back I decided I would purchase one of their jacks but I had a question. I contacted them multiple times without a response. Needless to say I did not spend my money on their product.

Same here. I emailed them a question about their products about a month ago. No reply.
They're between Green Bay and Oshkosh, WI. I surprised that someone up that way would have taken a ride over to their shop and gotten some answers after all this time.
We are currently filling orders from early in the year and are consistently building more parts and getting them to our painting faculty. Unfortunately, we continue to struggle with staff shortage which limits the amount we can get manufactured and shipped leading to long lead times. We truly apologize for the issues and inconvenience!
I think the owner is not-so-subtly telling people he doesn't care whether he gets an order or loses an order. In fact, he's probably relieved when people go away. The lack of communication is simply a way to decrease his personal stress.

Doesnt day a damn thing about replying to customers. Get a refund and Fem. I would never buy from them after reading too many of these reviews.

Does seem to be a problem going on. Seem like it was just a cut and paste and my email to them was the First Poster note.
Since I didn't nor wanted that actual order number, he really didn't have the persons name or order.
What bothered me was he's just drop shipping a hydraulic jack. But maybe he didn't understand my email.
Shot off another email...Said this ..
Thanks. However this is just a replacement part. The bottle jack. Been 4 months. So you are saying your previously cut and past answer applies to that.
I guess I assumed that part was just a China part . Are you doing a modification to it to work on your lift? Sorry to tie you up but lot of motorcycle people are looking at this already.
Thanks for a quick response.
