So you’re realistically look at $200 to revalve, rebuild and respring if necessary.
Being 30 miles away, walk in/walk out service instead of mail order is a plus in my book.
I’d like to know what their travel is to make that claim, I don’t believe it’s accurate.

Anything…you buy, Will be better than stock.
I’d plan on paying an extra $200 to get them fresh for you, unless the spring rate on them already is magically what you need.

Frankly…with the shop being that close, drive up and see what they say, they may offer a nice discount being a walk in customer and you may get some help in getting them setup..or even installation buying a new set direct from them.

After buying a brand new touring HD… I just can’t see myself buying used shocks. Just me.

These shocks are brand new. I just asked Brian from Supershox for advice and I sent him picture of this specific shocks as he can look up specs based on serial number. These have adjustable weight settings so there is a range of adjustment for this factor. Seller asking $500

I don't see rebound adjustment on the SS's... is that not an option, or did I miss that. I went from Legend Revo's to Revo-A's... Lord, what a difference! Rebound adjustment made a HUGE difference. I always had that adjustment on my metric sport tourers, and didn't realize how much it played in my ride until I didn't have it!

Please do yourself a solid, spend the extra coin on rebound adjustment!
