Is anyone having issues logging in with your credentials? I can log into H-D.com via a browser, but the app doesn't let me in on my phone. Strange. Actually, I don't recall the app requiring a login in the past, so I'm guessing this is something recent and it's broke on the HD side of the app. Also, clicking <forgot password> in the app, takes you to a browser session on H-D.com .
The previous version of the App was super buggy. Depending on your phone and settings you may not have the most current version installed. You can always delete the App completely from your phone and download /install the latest version.
Yes. I ride a Road King and use my phone to lead rides. I can't access my planned rides due to the issues. I looked at other App's but I'm now using Google Maps.
Thanks guys! I only want to make sure it's all running since I'll be leaving on a trip. I'll d/l the route using google maps but i like to have the on-board nav as a backup since I'll undoubtedly fall off the grid.
I removed the app, rebooted the phone and re-installed. All good now!!
