Bike won't start after changing bulb

Another guy who asks for help then disappears? Guess its only been a couple days but if my bike wasnt starting Id be on it steady trying to figure it out.

I had my front turn signal bulb go out ,bike was running fine before I changed the bulb on my 2008 street glide and it seems like the security system is locked. I changed my fob battery, checked all my fuses.unplugged my ecm and battery. Nothing, my speedometer won't come on but all my lights do.whats going on?
