Sell your Harley and go buy a Honda, better yet, sell your Harley and quit riding..if you bought a Harley, you knew they were not the perfect bike..but then there is no such thing as a perfect bike..would you like some cheese with that wine? [sm=popcorn.gif]
Hell, my dealer told me, while he was trying to convince me to buy, that it would probably leak oil, rattle bolts loose, and various other things. He asked if I was mechanically inclined, cause if I wasn't, I needed to go down the road to the Honda dealer. There are bound to be unforeseen issues. The price of the bike comes from heritage and manufacturing volume, not quality. You're not buying a Lexus, you're buying a Harley. Yea it sucks, I hate it in fact, but it's still one of the better decisions I have ever made. I was pissed at how easily the bolt holes on the primary cover strip out, the dealer said they spend alot of money replacing them when their mechanics strip out customers bikes. So I just Helicoiled it and it's been fine. Adapt and over come.

Wake up and smell the roses, the MoCo is laughing all the way to the bank and excepting and continueing to buy their cycles when it is known that HD was never the BEST MOTORCYCLE IN THE WORLD and never will be if this rip off is allowed to continue.
I didn't buy my SGbecause I thought it was the best bike in the world. I bought it because it is one damn nice looking and riding bike. Now that I think about it, I don't think I have ever owned a vehicle of any type that didn't have problems of one kind or another.
RDM.................your 100% correct. I bought my Ultra because I liked the looks, feel, ride and handling. It was exactly what I was looking for. So GlennsGlide, sell the freakin HD and buy something else. And stop WHINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Gezzzz!
