Default Exhaust

True duals to 2-1 is tuning required if it had already been tuned for the true duals i.e v&h dresser duals and cfr slipons. It has a heavy breather and had it when the shop dyno tuned it years back. I got a 2-1 sharkroad pretty cheap and want to get rid of the cackling cfr setup. 2013 flhx and will be adding the rivas .574 cams this winter. Just installed the man o war compensator since the comp eliminator was so f'ing noisy it sounded like something bad was about to happen lmao.

The change in exhaust needs tuned, but wait til the cam is installed, that’s another need to tune event.

even If its been tuned with the dresser duals for 8 years or so lol? I gotta knock the heads off to swap springs and might add .030 headgaskets even though the local dealer tells me that's jerryrigging it but in all reality it's a way to bump compression. Circle track even us drag racers do it.

Changing from true duals to 2-1 or 2-1-2 is a tune event. AFR and the O2 sensors need it.

Waiting for the cam to tune would make sense, but you can get away with a canned tune from whatever tuner you have. The cam ideally needs a dyno tune.

Well I installed the 2-1 exhaust. Guess what? It runs and a ton better than the previous dresser duals and cfr slipons. It does need a ****hair more fuel added in upper rpm range ie above 5k. Other than that I hit 105 in no time flat in 4 gears but had to let out of it due to noticing an undercover cop coming towards me 1/4 mile up the road lmao. My buddy who rides a 16 fatboy s said damn that sob moving instead of making a bunch of noise and going nowhere and I replied yep but 2nd gear it blew the tire off. Mind you I don't let off the throttle when I'm letting a bike eat. Speedshifting is my specialty.
