Default Hd keystone led filler lights

Looking for advice

Recently added a detachable tourpak rack and the HD Keystone filler lights on a 2022 Road Glide Limited. I am having issues getting them to work in sequence with the tourpak lights, and sometimes they do not work (or only 1 will) at all.
Here's what is happening:
Ignition ONLY on, all lights come on. BUT if I start the bike the Keystones turn off.
Turn ignition on - and turn flashers on - then start bike and turn the flashers off - Everything works fine.
Turn off the bike, start it back up and Keystone lights are off again.
I have tried running flashers for 10 minutes, multiple types of BCM resets to "learn" the new signals, but no success. What am I missing here? All connections are good. Bike has less than 200 miles. HD Part # for the Keystones is 67801080

Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks

This is from the Hogworks site and I recall seeing the same procedure needed when adding filler lights, bag lights, or generally when adding extra lights, to synchronize them all to flash together etc…..i know, it should all be plug and play…….guess the bike has to learn when new lights are added….custom Dynamics lights have this exact same procedure….give this a try

2014 and newer models with canbus / BCM electrical systems:

  1. Turn the Ignition on, but do not start the bike
  2. Turn on your 4 way hazards by pressing the hazard button on the controls
  3. Turn the Ignition off letting hazards run. If the bike has security they will flash 5 or 6 times and then pause. This is expected. They will go back to flashing normal hazard mode
  4. Let hazards run 1-2 minutes
  5. Turn the ignition back on
  6. Turn Off the hazards
  7. Turn the ignition off and then back on
  8. Check the function of both turn signals

Try doing it with the bike running. Sik Baggers said something about the new models need to be running to synchronize.
