( Hwy speed ) maybe I installed the batwing wrong?

The batwing fairing is more weight on the front forks, so you may feel that weight over the windshield... but I don't believe it should cause more "vibration"...
I have an '03 Heritage with a windshield and a '16 bagger with a Batwing fairing. They are of course different frames, but while I notice the difference in air flow when I switch between bikes, I do not feel any extra vibration with the batwing....
I'm assuming you installed an aftermarket batwing fairing...? If true, my guess is either an installation/mounting issue, or a fairing design issue...
Good luck with finding the source of that vibration.... Report back what you find...

yes I installed it my self it actually came out of another Road King. Thank you for your input and advise.
Not saying that theres not an issue, but it just might feel different from what youve experienced to date. Check out the hardware anyway. When I installed fairing lowers on my EGStandard, there was and is a noticeable increase in wind buffeting at higher speeds. Yeah I got some with the batwing, but something was different new. I could only attribute that new feel to those new lowers at Highway speeds. At least I believe thats what Einstein would tell me anyway.
BTW your bike looks sharp with the full fairing.
