If you don't have the Electrical Diagnostic Manual:

Go to this Facebook site and ask to join.
Then click on Files and type 2011 into the search bar
Look for the Electrical Diagnostics Manual. Third one down in the picture. You might want to look for the service manual too if you don't have one.
Download it to your hard drive.

Look at section six and see if there are any checks you can do. They mention using harness connectors with a Digi Tech but looking at the schematics you can find the wires they are checking.

I chased a similar issue. Turned out to be a bad automatic compression release. It will prevent the ECM from sending a signal to the coil.

When did they start putting compression releases in? Are they visible with tank on?

updete just checked compression on cylinders rear cylinder has no compression, looked inside the cylinder with the camera cylinder looks good and moving like it should could that be bad compression release valve?

broken valve spring!!
I followed deeper no compression on rear cylinder and checked pushrods intake pushrod was loose popped valve cover and here it was

Valve is bent a little will have to inspect piston once it out so far visually doesn’t seem to be damaged
