Congratulations on your first post to HDF, to the Forums.

1. How do you know it has no spark? Are you using a spark detector tool?

2. Try squirting a bit of starting fluid into the intake while cranking (just a little not a lot) to see if it will fire up.

3. If it fires up you know you have a fuel issue maybe injectors.

4. When was the last time it was running.

5. What work if any has been done on the bike prior to it not starting.

6. Does the bike have a security system.

Checked Cables unplugged one at the time with spark plugs left in the engine, used spare plug for test
also tried starting fluid and nothing
bike stalled on that highway while running
At least 20k since anything was done to it
And has security system but bike cranks and turn signals are not flashing

Double check that you got the connections for the coil and sensor fully seated.

Hi Mark, welcome to the Forum from Utah!

The system relay energizes when you turn ignition on then off/run switch to run. The W/BK wire comes from the off/run switch. The GN/O wire goes to the ECM and provides a ground to the relay coil for 3 seconds then shuts off if it doesn't see a signal from the CKP that the engine is rotating. When the relay "makes" the yellow / green wire has 12V on it and the fuel pump runs, fuel injectors and coils have power.

Put a meter on the system relay side of the fuel pump fuse and turn the kill switch to run, you should see 12V for 3 second. Now hit the starter, do you see 12V again?

Between 1and 2 there is 0 volt ignition on and cranking still 0
Correction measured with relay in and showed 12v between yellow/g and O/G

1 = 3C GN/O
2 = 4c Y/GN
3 = 4D W/BK
4 = 3D BE/GY

Measure voltage to ground not wire to wire.

Pull the relay and turn the Ign on and run switch to run. BK/W and BE/GY should have 12V to ground.
Pull the fuse just left of #2, should be the fuel pump fuse, and see if it's blown. If not reinstall the fuse and relay then ground the black lead, touch the red lead to the little metallic spot on the top of the fuse next to the 5 in 15, crank the engine and see if you get 12V.
