Default Cleaning Rotors

What is the safest way to clean the rotors? Also, can I add anything to the rotor to make the pads stick a little more?

If they need cleaned to get glazing off, just sand them a bit.

Nothing you do to the rotors is gonna make the pads stick any more. I have polished out several sets and rode tens of thousands of miles on them. I can tell no diffence in the braking on them vs. the brake before they were polished.

Yes...put better pads on them. Minor cost, major improvement.
