No such thing as variable displacement. Unless you are talking about turning off a cylinder under certain conditions, Then yes, Harley has EITMS which under certain conditions turns off the rear cylinder for rider comfort.
I had a Lucas magneto on a Norton that did that back in the 1960s.
Comfortable .. Im from an era when men were men and mothers were tougher.
Common sense how can it be good to have an un-equal intentional load difference on the crank? Now one cylinder (wrist pin, barring s, crank, heck even piston skirt and rings) has twice the centrifugal weight to carry when running alone. Why dont we start installing wind sails while were at it. Maybe a toilet seat for the passenger.. They are motorcycles. Leave them manly and raw.

In the context of Harley Davidson, there is no such thing
Variable displacement pumps are widely used in industry.
Variable displacement pumps have been used on fuel and hydraulic pumps on aircraft, but for the most part are extinct, at least on modern jet engines.

considering they've had eitms since 2007, seems your anti rant is not gonna go anywhere.
De-masculated WOKE Sissy’s are exciting? Fail You keep saying “Real Biker” like every time I see you post. Do you not know what Real means? I don’t understand your labeling everyone Trolls and saying real Biker all the time? Is that just what you say when you don’t agree with someone else’s opinion? Is it a limited vocabulary thing? Is English like a distant forth language?
Are fake Biker threads better for you? Is that like a Honda forum?

It's right on the info screen on GTS, roll the throttle to the closed stop for like 5 seconds with that screen on, ignition on, you will see EITMS change to OFF.
It's in the manual. EDIT, on RK it is a similar process, I did it on my FXDLS, too. Check your manual
