Traction control
I've had motorcycles for over 50 years, drove trucks for 45 years, not even counting the 4 wheeler's.
I have seen many times that just because the vehicle has a ****,light or switch doesn't guarantee
that it is activated on the vehicle.
Me I don't make assumptions I'll ask about it.
In your first post, you asked about the button and shared that when you pressed it, the light comes on. Does that mean traction control - we all said yes.
This last post explained that in your over 50 years of owning a bike and 45 years of driving, a ****, light or switch does not mean that option is activated. While I have not had that experience, I guess I could agree with you. Given that, then there is no way any of us here can tell if your bike's TC control is activated.
Perhaps the person that told you to run 100 mph and see gave you the best option. Please let us know 2 things: 1. Is the option activated. 2. When and where are you going to test it so we can stay away.
